About the Role
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels for our partner companies. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client goals
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in paid media or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
