Want to send automated outreach emails with FidForward? Here’s how to connect your email account in just a few clicks.
That’s it! Your email is now connected.
If your emails aren’t being sent, your connection may have expired or been revoked. Here’s how to fix it:
This will refresh the connection and get your email sequences working again.
Is it safe to connect my email to FidForward? Yes. FidForward uses secure OAuth connections (the standard for integrating Google and Microsoft accounts), meaning we never see or store your password. We only request the permissions necessary to send emails on your behalf.
Can I connect a personal Gmail account? While possible, we strongly recommend using a professional business email domain (Google Workspace or Outlook) for outreach. Personal Gmail accounts have lower sending limits and are more likely to be flagged as spam when used for volume outreach.
What happens if I change my email password? Changing your email password will revoke the token FidForward uses to connect. You will need to go into your settings and reconnect your account to resume sending campaigns.
Will FidForward read my personal emails? No. FidForward’s integration is designed to send emails and track replies to those specific threads. We do not scan your inbox for unrelated personal correspondence.
Are there daily sending limits? Yes, to protect your sender reputation, FidForward (and your email provider) imposes daily sending limits. We recommend starting slow and gradually increasing volume (“warming up”) to avoid spam filters.
